Purpose and nature of the service

Baldoroscope provides creative, personalised digital content based on a questionnaire. It is entertainment and editorial expression, not a diagnosis, medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice, or a promise of outcome.

Products and delivery

The Signature Reading includes the canonical eight-page portrait, private HTML reading, consolidated PDF, SVG constellation and shareable PNG card. Baldoroscope · 1 month adds a summary of the selected civil month and the four to six ISO weeks overlapping it, with calendars integrated into the PDF. Baldoroscope · 12 months covers twelve consecutive civil months from the selected month and adds a yearly summary, twelve dated monthly modules and their integrated calendars.

Generated deliverables remain available without an expiry date, subject to reasonable service continuity, security operations and legal duties. Stated word counts are editorial targets, not blocking contractual thresholds.

Units, holder and gifts

Each offer is sold in packs of one, three or six units. After payment, each unit can independently be assigned to the buyer for self use or as an ungenerated gift pass. An unassigned unit contains no quiz answers.

A gift link represents one unit, can be claimed once, is bound to the email supplied by the buyer and expires twelve months after purchase if unclaimed. The recipient creates an account, becomes the entitlement holder, completes their own questionnaire and selects the start date now or later. Once claimed, the entitlement and deliverables do not expire. The buyer cannot access the recipient’s answers or private content.

Paid edition and upgrades

Starting a paid generation creates an immutable edition. It retains the Signature quiz and scores, the beneficiary name or nickname, narrative style, delivery language and currency of the original order. An upgrade extends that same edition and reuses these elements without changing them.

An upgrade therefore cannot change the beneficiary, original quiz or Signature, narrative style, language or currency. To change any of these elements, the customer must buy a new complete one-unit pack at the current price, in the currency of the original order, for themselves or as a gift. This is a separate order from the existing edition.

Prices, orders and payment

The paid MVP is offered in France and covered euro-area countries, in euros, at the final displayed price including applicable taxes. There are no crossed-out prices or manual currency selection. The product, pack, intended holder and total are summarised before redirecting to Stripe.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments is enabled and applies, the merchant of record, indirect-tax treatment, receipt and payment terms are shown in Stripe’s flow. An order creates entitlements only after server-side payment confirmation.

Immediate performance and withdrawal

When a customer requests immediate generation of personalised digital content, they must expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right when the legal conditions are met. Evidence of consent is stored with the accepted document versions.

Until this mechanism has been legally approved and correctly recorded, paid production generation must remain disabled.

Quality, unavailability and refunds

A generation rejected by technical or editorial checks is not delivered as final. It may be retried or sent for review. For a confirmed payment with no entitlement, lasting inability to deliver, or manifest non-conformity, the customer may request correction or a refund under the current refund policy.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The brand, site, editorial templates and artwork remain protected. The holder receives a personal right to view, print and privately share their own deliverables. Resale, automated extraction, model training, mass republication or commercial use requires written permission.

Applicable law, complaints and mediation

French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Complaints may be sent to hello@baldoroscope.fun with the order reference.

Consumer mediator: TO BE APPOINTED AND LISTED BEFORE PRODUCTION. This omission blocks commercial launch.
